So, I know I have been posting a lot of songs lately, and maybe one of these days I will actually make a real post, but this song is called "Lord, I Need You" by Chris Tomlin. I heard it for the first time yesterday and, well, it has fantastic lyrics and is truly a prayer that we should all remind ourselves of every single day.
